This website www.adskinsynergy.com is owned by Saving Face Limited trading as AD skin synergy. Registered office: registered in England & Wales. Address: Daws House, 33-35 Daws Lane, London NW7 4SD. Company registration 4386439 (England and Wales).

'We' or 'Us' means AD skin synergy. 'You' means the person whose order is accepted by www.adskinsynergy.com. The 'Recipient' means the person who receives the purchase bought through www.adskinsynergy.com.

2. Prices and Content
AD skin synergy has taken great care to ensure prices and the content of this website, including product descriptions and ingredients, are accurate and correct at the time of publishing. All our prices are shown in Pound Sterling and include UK post and package charges. Deliveries outside the UK will incur a postage and packing charge, as outlined below. Prices may change over time. All prices are displayed including VAT.

Our dispatch charges for each order, regardless of weight/value, are:

* UK: Royal Mail first class signed for recorded delivery: FREE
* EUROPE: Royal Mail signed for delivery £5.00
* REST OF THE WORLD: Royal Mail signed for delivery £9.00

3. Products and Availability
Every care has been taken to ensure that all product descriptions are as accurate as possible at the time of publishing. Exact colour matches are not always possible because each computer displays colours in slightly different ways.

All items are subject to availability. Validly stated prices on our website remain in effect for so long as the products are available or as otherwise stated on our website. We will inform you as soon as possible if the products you have ordered are not available and if or when they will be available again.

4. How to order
You can place your order through this website or by phoning 01495 325284 and pay with credit/debit card. See payment terms below for more details.

5. Payment
You can pay your purchases by cheque or credit/debit card. Select the appropriate payment method when placing your order. If any of these payment methods are unsuitable, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss other payment options.

We accept payment by Mastercard, Debit Mastercard, Electron, Maestro, Visa Delta, Visa Credit, Commercial Cards, Solo, JCB and American Express cards. Please ensure that the details you enter are correct. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment to AD skin synergy, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of products. We retain the legal ownership of all products until full payment has been made by you and received by us and legal ownership of the products will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the products to you. Risk in the product transfers to you upon delivery.

If you wish to pay with cheque, it must be made payable to 'AD'. Please make sure that your cheque is correctly signed and dated, and that you write your cheque guarantee number and card expiry date on the back. We will dispatch your order as soon as the funds have cleared on our bank account.

6. Order Confirmation
Once you place an order with AD skin synery, you will receive written confirmation by e-mail that your order has been received and it is being processed. Please remember that when we accept your submitted order for products on this website, there will be a legally binding contract.

7. Cancellations and Returns
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition.

If you are not entirely satisfied we will be happy to give you a refund. Please return your purchase within 7 working days of delivery in its original condition and enclosing proof of purchase. When returning items please obtain a free 'receipt of postage' from the post office. The postage and packing charge is non-refundable.

8. Delivery
Your order will be sent to you by first class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. We try to dispatch all orders the same working day, as long as your order is placed before 3pm. However, in the event of any item being temporarily out of stock, we do ask you to allow 28 days. Please note that a signature is required on delivery.

9. Privacy & Security
AD skin synergy respects your privacy. We do not sell or share your personal data. By using this Website, you consent to the processing described therein and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate. Please refer to our full Privacy Policy here.

10. Intellectual property
The trade marks, logos and service marks ('intellectual property') displayed on our website are the registered and unregistered marks of AD skin synergy, our affiliates, our licensors and/or our and are protected by UK and international trade mark laws. Except in connection with placing an order for products or as required by applicable law, you may not use, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, access, modify or otherwise exploit our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

11. Complaints
We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise, please let us know if you have any complaints or comments.

12. Statutory rights
Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions of Sale affects or will affect the statutory rights of the Customer or the Recipient in relation to the quality, fitness or description of the goods supplied.

13. Changes to legal notices
We reserve the right to change these terms & conditions from time to time and we encourage you to review them as often as possible. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to the website.

14. Law
Any dispute to be governed by English Law.
